How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Standard U.S. shipping takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order is processed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact us immediately if you need to make an adjustment.

How can I track my shipment?

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use it to follow your package until it’s delivered.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
